Reviews
We publish real reviews from real repairs, unedited, or we publish nothing. There is no version of this page with copy we wrote about ourselves in quotation marks.
How this page works
Nothing here is written in house
Plenty of collision repair websites carry three testimonials with first names and a last initial that nobody can verify. It costs nothing to write those, which is exactly what they are worth.
So this page carries verified reviews from customers whose repairs we actually did, or it carries this explanation instead. Every finished repair gets a follow up, and whatever comes back goes up without editing, including the parts we would rather not read.
Customer reviews are published here as they come in from verified repairs.
Read our Google reviewsIf something went wrong with your repair
Call your advisor first, before you write anything. Most complaints in this trade are a panel gap, a colour concern in a particular light, or something that was not explained properly, and all three are fixable.
If we got it wrong, we want the chance to put it right, and then you can write whatever you think is accurate.
What we ask
Be specific. "Great service" helps nobody choose a shop. What you were worried about, what we told you, and whether the car came back right is genuinely useful to the next person reading this after a bad afternoon.
