Colorado Collision Repair

Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

Review before launch

This page is a working draft written to describe how this site actually behaves. It is not legal advice and it should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before the site goes live.

What we collect

If you submit the form on our contact page, we receive what you typed into it: your name, phone number, email address if you gave one, vehicle details, insurance details if you supplied them, and your description of the damage. We use that to call you back and to prepare an estimate. Nothing else.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, timestamps and the pages requested. Those exist for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send you unrelated promotional email because you asked about a bumper.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this section will say which service, what it collects, and how to opt out, before it is switched on.

Third parties

To complete a repair we normally communicate with your insurance carrier, and sometimes with a rental company, a parts supplier or a sublet vendor. We share what those parties need to do their part of the job and no more.

How long we keep it

Repair records are business records and are retained accordingly. Enquiries that never became repairs are kept only as long as they are useful.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [[EMAIL]] or call [[PHONE_DISPLAY]].

Changes
